the hospitality at this hotel was outstanding. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even helped us arrange tours and transportation, ensuring we made the most of our time in Khiva. The breakfast was delicious with homemade jams and yogurt, and the terrace with a view of the town was lovely.
Breakfast got repetitive after a while.

I chose this hotel for a brainstorming session and was pleased with the amenities available for business purposes. The restaurant and bar/lounge provided a comfortable space for networking and discussions. Additionally, the business center was well-equipped and allowed me to work efficiently during my stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been convenient to have a designated space for my brainstorming session instead of using the restaurant and bar/lounge.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, the value was incredible. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the staff treated me like royalty. They spoke English, and even though I arrived early, they had my room ready and let me check in. Plus, they offered day-trip tours to amazing castles, which I booked and totally loved!
Now, breakfast delights could be improved with a bit more variety. But overall, my stay was fantastic and totally worth it.

The hotel location was central, making it easy to sightsee the city, and the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. The hotel's staff was accommodating and friendly, adding a personal touch that made the stay special.
The water pressure was low, which made showering an inconvenience, and the hot water only lasted a short while. The breakfast options lacked freshness, leaving food exposed for several hours and attracting flies.
